Dyson Interactive Workshop

Year 12 Maths and Science students enjoyed an interactive workshop delivered by Danya Walker, Project Manager for The Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology recently.

The students were tasked with programming Lego Mindstorms Ev3 robots to complete various challenges, which enabled them to gain some understanding of the programming required for Dyson’s 360 Heurist Robot Vacuum.

Danya, who travelled from London to deliver workshops at both The Marches School and Sir John Talbot’s School said ‘The students were really engaged in the workshop and worked collaboratively to successfully complete the challenges.’
