Students host their own Women Leaders Conference

As part of our programme for Year 11, after their ‘Time to Shine’ the girls took park in a “Women Leaders” conference hosted by Mrs Brown and two of our Year 12 students – Zara Leary and Betsy Holmes. The students were challenged to think about what success means to them and think about their own beliefs. The group learnt about imposter syndrome and wrote their own “lift statement”.
