SJT Girls Represent Shrewsbury Town

Well done to Sir John Talbot’s U13 Girls’ Team who represented Shrewsbury Town at the recent Utilita Girls Cup. The team played so well, reaching the area finals after winning the Mercedez-Benz Hub local qualifiers. Unfortunantly the girls were beaten in their play-off -game, just missing out on the opportunity of playing at Wembley Stadium. Despite this loss, they should all be really proud of their efforts; the girls have really improved their skills and enjoyed playing against a variety of teams.
