At Shrewsbury Academy, we understand the importance of safety, especially in the arrival and departure of students to the school at the beginning and the end of each school day.
We have seen significant growth over the past 2 years with our biggest intake of students set for the 2023-24 academic year. We are continuing to evolve to meet the needs of our community and now see a need for a local transport provision to be provided for students.
Therefore, in partnership with the Local Authority, it is Shrewsbury Academy’s vision to develop a transport strategy and provision for students from September 2023. The team at the school are currently working to identify a route, along with the most cost effective and reliable solution to provide this service to student in the local surrounding area.
