Llandudno Fieldwork

The sun came out for the Year 9 Geography Fieldwork trip to Llandudno last week. Students were investigating a geographical enquiry question – ‘Is Llandudno in decline or rejuvenation?’ based on their current unit of work on tourism. Students collected primary data on the land use along the high street; the quality of the environment; the number of visitors and the views of the general public. The fieldwork also involved a trip on a tram up to The Great Orme and the consumption of lots of donuts, ice creams and candyfloss! As always, the students behaved impeccably and thoroughly enjoyed their trip to the seaside.
