Notice about Parent Governor Election Arrangements / Request for Nominations

An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of two new Parent Governors to serve on the Local Governing Body of Sir John Talbot’s School. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to get more involved with the life of the school and would support us greatly in continuing our journey towards establishing the best education for young people in Whitchurch and surrounding areas.

Please read the information carefully before completing and returning a nomination.

Only parents who have children registered at the school on 17th April 2023, are eligible to stand for election, or to make a nomination.

Nominations and statements, where made, must be returned by end of the school day on Friday, 28th April 2023 at the latest. Any nominations received after this date cannot be included in the election.
